Uma tendência excelente no jornalismo: o flash jornalismo. Trata-se de apresentar conteúdos jornalísticos em linguagem flash, eliminado a idéia de página, que perdura há séculos. Hoje está sendo utilizado para disponibilizar especiais. A navegabilidade é excelente e focada em uma tema específico. No Brasil, o único jornal que adota essa linguagem é o Jornal do Commercio On Line, de Recife. Na Argentina, o Clarin. Alguns dizem que o Flash Jornalism é a quarta geração do jornalismo na web. Há até um livro online sobre o flash journalism.
